The program started in august of 2018 and aims to not only decrease the population in the county jail but also lower hospitalizations and provide faster treatment.

Officials served a search warrant at about 6 a.m. at a home on High Arch Court, near Airline Road and Holly Road.

According to the arrest report obtained by KRIS 6 News, the man was pulled over after an officer saw a truck turn on Yorktown Boulevard that "would have been traveling on the wrong side of the road."
