After updating YoastSEO to version 22.4 yesterday, on the pages and blog posts of my website the “Focus Keyword”, “Content Analysis” and “Readability” options are not showing anymore. I spent easily 5 hours trying to track down and fix an issue with Yoast meta fields not saving properly. WE DID NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM WITH AN OLDER VERSION. See screenshot. Sometimes Yoast just doesn't recognize the focus keyword at all. It will say it's not in the body/copy or the title. Thanks for using the Yoast SEO plugin. Kindly note that the focus keyphrases do not add any additional data to your page’s source code. It’s only an analysis of your page to optimize the keyword usage and density in its content and other metadata (title, meta description, slug, etc.).
