Enroll with TCOLE's new unified login to access the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Data Distribution System. You need a username, PID, date of birth, SSN, and email to complete the enrollment process.

Effective May 5, 2025 individuals will be required to self-register online for TCOLE licensing courses following the streamlined three-step process: Register for the course via direct link. Upload prerequisite documentation directly to your myTEEX Student Portal account. Pay for the course by credit card or by eToken.

A printable copy of your TCOLE license is now available through your MyTCOLE account. You are welcome to print, screenshot, and/or save this document for your records.The printed paper license previously mailed to your agency upon initial licensure will no longer be in production. TCOLE Information As of August 14, 2023, ALERRT will report all the TCOLE hours for all direct delivery and online training conducted by ALERRT. Students' agencies are responsible for reporting all indirect and/or informal training hours using the certificate generated on a student's online ALERRT account. See below for more information.
