I own three of the Target brand full size bookshelves and one of the half sized shelves. I think for the price (35 dollars in my area) they're great. Relatively easy to put together. Lightweight enough that one person can typically move them around. I can't speak to the Walmart ones but I definitely think the target ones are worth it.
