CJTS is an online platform for parties to file and manage their cases in Small Claims Tribunals and other tribunals and courts. Log in to CJTS using Singpass or Corppass, or apply for a CJTS Pass if not eligible.

Small claims

If you did not attend a Small Claims Tribunals court session, a default order may be made against you. You may apply to set aside this order within a month of the order date.
