Changeing your shape, affects how the body looks like. So test some bodies together with the shape you want to use and pick whats best looking.
Based on how much I like the Starter female bodies I decided to trial a commercial Legacy body. However, searching by 'Legacy and body,' 'Legacy and mesh and body,' or 'meshbody' (also tried using the syntax 'term+term') both in the MP and in-world did not bring up the store for Legacy bodies.
