Outline view (Introduced in PowerPoint 2016 for Mac) Outline view displays your presentation as an outline made up of the titles and main text from each slide. Each title appears on the left side of the pane that contains the Outline view, along with a slide icon and slide number.
In order for content to be the most accessible to people who use screen readers it is recommended that all content appears in the outline view of PowerPoint. The outline view shows a text-based version of the content with your file. Additionally, the outline view offers a snapshot of all of the major content types in your presentation.
The Outline view in PowerPoint 365 for Windows provides access to your presentation's text outline through the alternating Slides and Outline panes on the left side of the PowerPoint interface.
The Full Page Slides option is selected, and Outline is clicked on from the menu (highlighted by the arrow) as shown below. You are now able to print the Outline text only as shown below.
