Under new guidelines announced in September, some international graduates at various levels of study who apply for a study permit after November 1 will now need to meet additional field of study requirements to be eligible for a work permit*.
For example, if you completed a program between 8 months and less than 2 years, your PGWP will be valid for the same length (e.g., a 10-month program results in a 10-month PGWP).
