I just received a new work laptop and am trying to setup my quick access toolbar in excel which normally includes the paste values and paste formatting to be in the position of alt+4 and alt+5. When I went to do this it only shows a paste special that opens up but not these two specifically like the past versions of excel.

Somewhat related problem: the "Paste options" dropdown might not appear at all when pasting, if the option to make that happen got disabled somehow.
