Before i could go to settings - change language and country back to Nederlands-Dutch-Belgium - and the "NEW" Outlook software reverted back to Dutch language and stayed that way. Now this doesn't work anymore, at least, until the computer restarts. After a restart the "new" Outlook software is back in English.
