The geographic definitions of locality pay areas for calendar year 2025 are listed below and will be the same as in calendar year 2024. These locality pay areas were geographically defined using criteria consistently applied for all locations throughout the country. Most of the locations listed below are counties.

The OPM General Schedule Locality Pay Interactive Map has been updated to include 2025 locality pay rates! Enjoy! No new counties were added for calendar year 2025, and no new locality pay areas were established. So, the only difference between the 2025 and 2024 maps is the rates themselves.
