The problem is the on-screen keyboard which comes on every time I turn the computer on. I cannot get access to my e-mail or other keyboard functions. I have found that going to settings>ease>keyboard>onscreen shows the online keyboard off but it actually is on. If I turn it on then off again the keyboard is off and the computer then works OK.
