This strategy summarises the core actions that we all need to take to bridge the gaps for communities fairing worse than others in mental health services. The NHS Mental Health Implementation Plan 2019/20–2023/24, which gives the detail underpinning the NHS LTP ambitions for mental health, sets the expectation that all systems need to reduce mental health inequalities by 2023/24.
