Governor Appoints New Clerk of the Superior Court New Administrative Orders Announced on Acting Clerk, Signatures Governor Katie Hobbs appointed Joseph W. Malka as the new Clerk of the Superior Court in Maricopa County. His effective date will be April 25, 2025.
