I just applied the bom skin.. I h ad noticed this with another mod though a while back.. I did try to use the applier though the legacy hud..as it added the skin there. But when i do go to the page were the skin appliers are there and clear everything..i am still seeing what looks like a second layer. It adds itself to what ever skin i am wearing..
