It 100% is that. The excel I know doesn't offer a datepicker without VBA, it forces me to create day,month,year fields and not just 1 field with date. Data entry for dates is fucked, so better ask it in 3 collumns or 3 cells. You can use the Date() function to transform day month year into a single date for analysis easily.
