Hello everyone, I want to edit a selection that I drew using a freehand tool in image J and added this to the ROI manager. Unfortunately, I cannot find a way to edit the ROI using either a paintbrush nor XOR function. I am wondering if there are other options to manually subtract or edit the selection.

The numeric codes for those tools were revealed in the macro recording window as setTool(4) and setTool(18). Hi, It would be a great help if i could find a way to select the paintbrush tool, and separately the color pointer tool using a shortcut. I cannot manage to find a way to do this as i can’t find it logged under the list of commands. The paintbrush tool is selected in this picture and the mouse is hovering over the pointer tool.
