After the launch of the Disclosure Act today, our disclosure application service is now available.

In the email confirmation from Disclosure Scotland, the applicant will be asked to create OR log into a ‘ScotAccount’ so that they can view and share their online results. The applicant will then have the option to view and share the online result to the Signatory email address used on the initial Online Application Request Form.

When completing your Disclosure check you will be asked if you would like to track your application. Select "Yes" and your application reference number will emailed to you once your application is sent to Disclosure Scotland.
