To access Disclosure Scotland services you need to sign in and verify your identity using ScotAccount. This helps keep your information safe. When you sign in you can: make disclosure applications; check the progress of applications; view and share disclosures; keep your details up to date

The individual then needs to complete the application. Organisations need to start PVG applications for individuals. They cannot apply without an organisation.

To get ready for the launch of the Disclosure Act on 1 April, we paused our application services from 1pm on Thursday 27 March to Monday 31 March for essential maintenance work.
