Congratulations to Richard Clarke who has been appointed as a Deputy District Judge on the South Eastern Circuit. The appointment took effect on 21 October 2022 and Richard will commence sitting early next year within the civil jurisdiction. Richard will sit for approximately four weeks per year alongside his full-time practice.
