Circular S33 of 2022, which was issued in December 2022 provided the Revised ATPs for 2023/24 as well as the revised weightings for School Based Assessment and Examinations. The inception of the June- and a full-scale end-of-year examination for Gr 10 and 11 is confirmed. Gr 12 is also allowed a June examination or controlled test.

3. Circular S33 of 2022, also refers to the: (a) reintroduction of the June examinations in Grades 10-11, and the option of a June examination or a Controlled Test in Grade 12.
