On 21 April 2023, the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) publishedamended Rules for CCMA proceedings (Rules). These Rules include several new additions andalterations. We highlight some of the amendments which warrant attention below. The Rules came intoeffect on 24 April 2023. There are also fresh referral forms that now need to be used.
