Our service is local, developed over four decades of grass-roots engagement with Deaf leaders and community members, which has forged strong bonds and trust, and enabled us to provide highly customized, tailored bookings. At VCD, we assist our clients in bridging the gap between the Deaf culture and the hearing worlds. To us, every person matters. That is why we work so hard to help our clients gain self-determination in their daily lives. We strive to provide services that are effective and accessible to our Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing clients.
