Adapt NI offers Employment Support to the Deaf, Hearing Loss and Tinnitus Communities. We can thus help you with one to one support in work, confidence building, peer support, career progression and much more.

Currently AdaptNI offer WorkableNI as part of the SES (Supported Employment Solutions) The consortium delivers the Workable NI Programme, funded by Department for Communities. In delivering Workable NI, each of the partner organisations' offer specialist, tailored support to both disabled individuals and their employers, covering all areas, better together!

Adapt NI provide specialist employment & training services for Deaf, hearing loss and tinnitus communities across Northern Ireland. They have joined the SES partnership following the withdrawal of RNID’s Employment Service in Northern Ireland.

The Workable NI scheme is one of the current methods of support offered by AdaptNI. It provides one-to-one help to employees from a job coach, extra training for employers and disability awareness training for colleagues.

The Workable (NI) Programme is funded by the Department for Communities If you or your staff are Deaf, have hearing loss or Tinnitus we can support you – contact laura.murphysloan@adaptni.co.uk – the wider consortium provide disability specialist and specific support.

AdaptNI were the lucky winners of the PowerNI Community Grant at the end of 2022.
