Report: California’s high school class of 2024 missed out on half a billion dollars in Pell Grants

California high school graduates in the class of 2024 who did not complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid would have been eligible for Pell Grants totaling more than half a billion dollars, according to an analysis by the National College Attainment Network, or NCAN.
